I received my 150 foot cable last week and have been using it for a week at the pole’s location through PVC conduit without issue. Today I ran the cable up the pole and mounted Dishy. Now it’s unable to connect. I tried all sorts of fixes that didn’t work. I removed Dishy from the pole and ground mounted it again. Now it connects. Went back to the pole install and it doesn’t work. I have done this X 3. There must not be enough oxygen up the five foot pole to keep Dishy alive. I’m back on the ground now…. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
pbeaudet Posted May 18, 2022 Author Share Posted May 18, 2022 I ended up routing the cable around the pole and mounted Dishy. The connector was pushed all the way in. It didn't' work. While watching the Starlink app on my phone I gently pull the connector slightly out' Starlink began to boot and has been fine since. The little gap as seen in the photo allowed me to connect.
