melodyHaymore Posted July 23 Share Posted July 23 Hello I am locked out I bought this back in December 2023 and set the account up back then but have yet to use it due to some many of our friends have it. I need to use it tomorrow so I was setting it up at home and when I long into my account it says the email is not correct, but then i try to set up new account it says that email is already being used??? so I cant get in, I cant use forgot password... and I tried by phone number and it says not an account registered to it....
