Terrible speeds, no apparent problem

Recommended Posts

For several months everything was fine. We were getting 50-175mbps down. Maybe 2 or 3 months ago, it got slow. Wasn't getting even 30. Now, speed ranges from 3-10 at most times.

I've disconnected everything and used only the starlink hardware. No change. Ran the entire length of the cable, all fine. Dish is roof mounted, totally clear sight. A friend who is about 20 miles away got 309mbps while I concurrently got 2 yesterday.

Opened a ticket several days ago and haven't heard anything. I'm guessing it must be the actual dish or the power supply. Anybody have any suggestions or insight?

Thank you!!

@Eraserhead187I have had almost exactly the same experience. I am in Central New Mexico. I still have these issues and Starlink support is less than responsive. How about you? Any improvement?
