Decker
I have a radio show I do at 10 pm to Midnight MST and I lose total connection at about the same time usually about 11:30 pm MST. I am so bummed this is happening to me and most other times Starlink is perfect. Yikes. I assume a ground station reboot somewhere?
ProDishy
I'd say its a handover at that exact time. Mathematically your going to get handovers at relatively the same time every day unless a lot more satellites are introduced. - WAN Failover + Load balancing would be ideal using a Peplink with VPN. - Second internet connection will be required for handover. Unfortunately handover's are still effecting audio/visual uplinks - With more sat's being introduced, including laser uplinks - This will reduce handover packet loss. Hope this helps 🙂
Decker
After several months of this continued situation it seems more like a ground station reboot from my Denver ground station. It does skip on some nights and certainly not anything to do with satellite timing as far as I can tell. I love my Starlink but may have to revert back to my previous radio based provider. Is it possible to suspend my account and restart it at a later date?
StarlinkLeader
Unfortunately it is not possible to suspend your account and re-activate later.

RicochetStarlink
@nathan, For local issues like this, the first thing you should do is open a ticket with Starlink support through the Starlink app. Otherwise, the above answers that @StarlinkLeader provided to Decker are the best answers I know. Also, please, note that Starlink Forum is not affiliated in any way with Starlink or SpaceX. To date, there are no Starlink Support personnel that are members of Starlink Forum. Rather, Starlink Forum is a community of Starlink enthusiasts -- current, former and potential customers -- who come together to discussion solutions to common probems and to support one another.
