jkoll66
I have just installed my Starlink. I have the Gen 3 Gateway with the two ethernet ports on the back. I connected everything via ethernet to a switch. Everything looks good, except my Xbox Series X. It won't connect to the internet. It says the NAT is unavailable. So, I then connected directly to the Starlink gateway with similar results. It will connect fine via wifi and has open NAT. Tried different cables and released the alternate MAC address, rebooted the Xbox and the gateway. Still won't connect when hard wired. Previously, had it connected to an Xfinity gateway with no issue. Any help would be appreciated. Edited November 1, 2024 by jkoll66
StarlinkLeader
Because bypass mode is for routers not for gaming consoles. Bypass mode runs on the network cable when enabled. Thats why the wifi works fine.
