vmfa
Hi all,Did someone install and test an antenna on a boat? This is possible? Will a motorized "tracking" system be necessary?
StarlinkLeader
Due to starlink geo locking units to one geolocation cell - mounting it on a boat would not be possible. However in time marine hardware will be available - to connect to the starlink network.

StarlinkLeader
SatGuru,Many thanks, do you know when it will be available? So would it be good for a train too?Probably not ideal for a train. Cell is still ideal for train but run multiple modems into a WAN balancer/load balancer. Marine - Looking at next year, end of 2022. There is a few marine radio manufacturers seeking licenses to produce equipment for starlinks service.
