No monthly bill??

We received our equipment in April 2022 but never received a confirmation email and have never been billed. We’re offline and cannot connect…

 

our emails and phone numbers aren’t associated with an account for some reason. How can we connect and be billed/use the internet?? 
 

we tried the password reset but we’re not associated with an account so it won’t work. It’s like starlink sent us the equipment but never registered us on their end. Help??
