I have zero knowledge of all of this but I do know that I have fantastic wifi in the room with the Starlink box (thingy). I am looking to extend signal to our upstairs, deck and out buildings if possible.  I have no idea what the terms are that I see discussed here.  Im old!  I have a round dish and a vertical triangle type thing that I have plugged my Arlo camera unit into.  What do i need to buy (specifically) to extend signal so I don't have to sit in my living room.   Log home - Metal roof - 2 stories above ground with 2 outbuildings that do not get signal.

I use Securifi range extenders.  Amazon and other places sell them.  They advertise they can be "set up in 3 minutes" and that's pretty accurate. They have a "setup wizard" that makes it quite easy to set up.  The extenders cost about $100.

Another way to do it is to purchase a Starlink "mesh router" from Starlink.
