The question is specific to my connection, so the canned answers in the Support pages (https://support.starlink.com/) don't really help. So, I decided to open a Support Ticket, which I've done a couple of times in the past. However, I cannot find the link to open a Support Ticket anywhere on the Support pages. Is it possible that Starlink removed the ability to open a ticket when they published all the new Support content a few weeks ago?
