mscalia Posted September 26, 2022 Share Posted September 26, 2022 (edited) For days now I have been trying to make contact by opening a ticket, but I keep getting an error that says "Something went wrong on our end. Please wait and then try again." So, how do I reach them then? I am really torn because it is my understanding that Starlink is the only provider with half decent speeds for rural areas, but because there are no real competitors yet their customer service is abysmal. It would be easier to contact the President of the United States than to reach a human being at Starlink.
