hi, when I 'ordered' starlink, it did not complete, I paid and funds were transferred, but I left my pc then to talk to my son.

Since then 6 days ago, I have heard nothing, I have sent emails to support@starlinkforum.net with no response, 

 

Have I wasted AU$924 or not
