John Till Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 I am trying to confirm my order. When I hit the "confirm my order" button it goes to a page where the top box says "CONFIRM MY ORDER. Where do I go from here? The "checkout now box has a statement below it that says "cancel & request a deposit refund--this is confusing!! I the original email, it says "confirm your order by clicking "manage" on your account page. When I hit the "manage" button" it goes to a page with my address, service type, shipping address and cancel & request a refund, There is also a "Data usage" box and "Devices" block Can anyone help me with the confusion?
