Can't access my account

I never received an account number, only the confirmation code and I cannot access my email to get a new password. I have tried the two email addresses I have and still nothing. Starlink definitely charged the credit card so I know for a fact they have my info correct. Can anyone help me with this issue. I can provide a good number to talk with someone instead of computer requests.
