Ethernet to wifi connectivity

Hi there,

We have  two mobile cabins that are 8metres apart and we would like them to both allow connectios via wifi. One cabin has no windows, so the mesh in one cabin and the router in another cabin cannot see each other. If I supplied both Mesh and router with Ehternet adapters and a cable linking the two. would that work?

I suspect the way the are programmed, that it would not allow this. However any pointers welcome to allow second cabin to have covered as the cabins do block out a lot of signal.
