You can also possibly find the code, serial number on the router. However within support.starlink.com: Quote In order to prepare for a new feature deployment, Support has temporarily stopped processing transfer requests. Coming soon, customers will have the ability to initiate a transfer of Starlink hardware directly from the account page. This self-service option is estimated to be available starting in mid February. Please refer back to this support topic for updated guidance at that time. Note: Starlink is not responsible for anything related to the selling of the hardware and cannot guarantee all transfers can be accommodated. The Starlink Kit must be delivered and all orders and services on your account need to be fully paid with no outstanding balance.
