Anyone seeing this message "Degraded Service"

Degraded service is related to a number of factors:


  • Satellite congestion
  • Weather
  • Obstructions
  • Solar events


Try restarting your starlink router, and dishy - and/or turn it off and wait 15 minutes.


If your unit continues to get degraded service without obstacles and without obvious weather events - Get in touch with Starlink support your unit may have issues and need further diagnosis.
