Dumi Posted February 16, 2023 Share Posted February 16, 2023 I just received two maritime flat panel square antenas and connected them to the router and wifi. Everything is powered up and I´m connected with the App, but the Starlink app it is saying the service is disable. I have an unobstructed view of the sky and horizon, I verified with the App and the antennas are connected and sending/receiving some data (there is traffic). But it says SERVICE DISABLE. I am at the coordinates that were provided to the reseller when I bought the system. Any clue ? How can enable or activate the service ?
