Italian pete
I have an interesting question, I have received a starlink 1 last year when it just launched in Italy. After some troubles (probably a cable break) starlink sent me the whole V2 set up. This is now working fine but I still have some signal range issues. So i am in need of extending it. However I still have my old V1 dish and router. Would it be possible to use this to link it for an extra signal? Or can i use my v2 router as mesh system for V1? it just seems such a waste to throw it away. What should I do with it? starlink did not want to accept it as a return
RicochetStarlink
@Italian pete, I don't think the V1 round "dishy" satellite antenna will be useful with your V2 setup. As for the router, maybe, but I can't say for sure. I don't have experience with the equipment in the V1 Starlink kit.
