While Starlink provides much better latency (usually <60ms) than traditional satellite, it is not as reliable has a hard-wired Internet connection (i.e., DSL, Cable, etc.) So, suffice it to say that WiFi calling over Starlink is going to be less satisfying that a hard-wired Internet connection...
