Roger Duffell
I am desperate! I need to be able to access a resource at my Starlink location from WAN on occasion. Can someone please tell me how to do it without paying Starlink $2,500 a month for a static IP? I use a Netgear Nighthawk RAX200 at my Starlink location. RicochetStarlink
@Roger Duffell, I thought Starlink Business was &250/month, not $2,500. $2,500 is the one time purchase price for the High Performance Kit required for Starlink Business. You might try using a Starlink-compatible VPN. The link at the top of the forum will take you to the PureVPN web site. I have not tried PureVPN. I can tell you that ProtonVPN works with Starlink… up to a point, but I don’t know if it supports your use case.
Roger Duffell
@RicochetStarlink, Thank-you, I thought it was $2,500 a month, My Bad. I got a PureVPN account but have yet to figure out how to make it work thru my NightHawk router. This type configuring is not in my wheelhouse. I absolutely love my Starlink (Muskman Internet), as I had no option in nowhereville, not even a cell signal. I will figure out a way to get into my security system thru a VPN eventually.
