2 IPs?

The first IP Address that starts with 65 is an IPv4 Address. The second IP Address starting with 2406 is an IPv6 Address. (See https://www.lifewire.com/ipv4-vs-ipv6-4780834 for an explanation of the differences).

The entire Internet is transitioning from IPv4 to IPv6. In today's world, some parts of the Internet require an IPv4 address and others an IPv6 address. Starlink's network is natively IPv6, but they also provide you with an IPv4 address for compatibility with non-IPv6 sites on the the Internet.

Though I am uncertain why you are getting an Australian IPv4 address and an Indonesian IPv6 address, you don't really need to worry about that -- at least not yet. The only possible effect is that any IPv6 site that is restricted in Indonesia may not be available to you.

Hope that helps.
