Sadeem
Hi, I have followed instructions to setup my Starlink mobile and everything went will, and connected to the internet using phone device I used to do the setup. The problem I have encountered is that I couldn’t connect any other phone devices. I always get invalid password message although I have changed the password twice to make sure that I have entered the right password on the other devices. I would appreciate if someone can help me in this. thanks
RicochetStarlink
@Sadeem, Be sure that you are entering the correct SSID and password. Both are sensitive to upper- and lower-case differences. So, if your SSID is 'My-Starlink-Network', it is necessary to use the same capitalization when connecting. The same is true of the password. Secondly, if you have not already, open the Starlink app on the connected phone and check the box to separate the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz wireless networks. You will need to use different SSIDs (names) for the two networks. For example, you could set the 5Ghz network name to 'MyStarlink5G' and use 'MyStarlink' for the 2.4Ghz network. Some devices do not support 5Ghz Wifi and may not connect to the 2.4Ghz Wifi network unless you make this change. Thanks!
