Hi,

 

I'm trying to place the starlink order, but when confirming the order, this message appears "Try again with an alternate payment method."

I have already confirmed with the bank that my card is OK, I even made other payments on the internet with the same card.

I ask for your help.

I also have the same issue. I saw I can order the equipment from home depot since they are a trusted reseller of star link but worried I will still have the same issue when it comes to getting service through starlink. I have emailed using the email address that is mentioned down below but no reply
