Yes - I've tried a couple of times but there has been no response and nothing in their forums to address the issue.

Hello, Since I installed a Starlink dish we are unable to send emails using Outlook 2013. I use a bell.net email from Bell Canada. I have attempted to contact Microsoft without any success. I also tried the following solution below to no avail. Can anyone advise on what can be done to solve this issue. NOTE: I receive incoming emails with no issue at all.
