I did the same thing on a laptop and it worked and I received an email right away with a confirmation saying that they would work on it. strange that the app did not work.

yes, I have attached a jpg file. it says a jpg is ok to attach...

it says "an error has occured" in red at the bottom under add attachmets.

Is anyone having issues trying to transfer ownership of Starlink? I keep getting an error when submitting the ticket. It has happened multiple times. Thanks
