Hello, my son tried to change the email and password for my starlink account because he will be taking it over. (paying for the service) For whatever reason it now longer accepts my email, the one he changed it to and it will not take any information to help reset or recover a password. I already paid for the system and it should be here today or tomorrow. I am at a loss for how to get into the account. One item came today for the system and of course the account info is not in the box. Someone please help...
