Has anyone had any issues with transferring ownership of their account? The account owner submitted a ticket for the transfer and i received the email to fill out the Transfer of Service Form 8 days ago. I haven't received a confirmation of the form or any information for the account. Because i don't have a account yet i can't contact support directly and am tired of bother the seller every couple days to try and get in contact with support. Does anyone have any ideas? is customer support backlogged right now? i've read some people have the transfer complete in as little as 24 hours. Im wondering why this is taking us so long just wondering and waiting 😞
