  1. I had asked 2 other Starlink users to open a ticket for me and ask support to get in touch with me. That worked. The error was that I had received a different piece of hardware than was registered with me in the customer area. That's why i didn't come online. Good luch everybody here.
  2. Starlink offline since installation. I only have internal access, i can see my data, no Internet connection. I have already sent 5 tickets to Starlink Support, no answer. I urgently need to contact support! I can't get online. Login via app does not work?Invalid login information! Username and password are ok. Unfortunately I can't attach any photos here. Thanx Jorge
