  1. Could it be that I have been paying monthly this whole time, but due to a lack of logging in and using the setup needs to be re-run? And my login credentials are expired?
  2. I have had an account for over a year, but have used it seldom as our mountain property is still in work. I get milling notices but cannot login to my account online. I have requested password reset but did not receive a reply either in email or text (tried both).
