  1. Can I control heater power dynamically, maybe with IFTTT or something? If not, how does it work? I’ll be using my own router.
  2. Thanks, they said no, it was a “promotion for last year”. I thought the point of a deposit was a commitment but I guess they had some fine print. Do you know if I can buy a used system and return the new kit, keeping the service? Or must I have signed up using the used dish info and I either have to accept the package or cancel service and return the new system?
  3. I've read that if you paid the deposit prior to the equip price hike, you pay only $50 more $549 instead of $599 but my order doesn't show that. I don't see a way to contact them. I'm signed into the app but it says "You don't have email" and I can find no other way to contact them before ordering. Is ther any recourse?
