I had ordered Starlink last June 2022. I provided a deposit. Unfortunately the service was not available at that time. So. refund was provided.
I was able to order service in June 2023. However I did recieve the equipment. But I did not recieve and email for the new set up.
I tried using the previous account to set up but it states incorrect account. Try another. I am being billed now for the second month and still unable to set up.
I have retried all three emails I use but no confirmed recover email was provided.
Please advise if you can assist as I can not contact Starlink directly via telephone or email.
I am in canada I am unsure if this makes any difference.
