Hi: I have sent 4 email to the spacex "customer service " email and they dont respond. I cant log in to my account. The log in doesnt accept andy of my information - not email or phone so I cannot open a ticket because it doesnt recognize me as a customer. I've seen other people with the same issue and saw the email and reached out to no avail. Any advice? TYIA Cheryl
