Router not working no light power ok

Hello, I faced the same issue yesterday. Just after I received my Starlink kit package, I installed it. It worked great (300Mbps/27Mbps/45ms)! Then, I clicked the update button on the Starlink application. And .. "It's gone!", the router is no longer powering on. I contacted Starlink support though the web interface and got an answer in 10 minutes : "1 free month and a replacement kit" Regards from France, Nicolas
