I got an email just yesterday that service is now available at my mother's rural home. Technically we have only six days to order a new dishy or we lose our place in line. We were on the waitlist for two years.
Separately, I have a dishy that I am not currently using. I have an account but my subscription is not active. I would like to use this hardware at my mother's house
Should I transfer ownership to my mother?
Or can I change the service address on my hardware and activate the subscription from her house?
If I do anything other than order a new dishy, do I lose our place in line?
