Exactly the same issue here! I believe it happened exactly at 5pm PST. My account is current, paid, no issues for the last year and this happened suddenly. I'm not able to log into my account with KNOWN credentials. I wonder if there's a major outage? I don't know where else to look...

I'm having the same issues! I can't login with KNOWN correct credentials, and it tells me it's invalid. I tried password reset for the last hour, and no luck. No customer support, nowhere to go. I don't know what else to do. Service was dropped and I can't get into my account to see what's going on.
