  1. Thanks for responding. Since I posted this I did contact Tech support and the confirmed that the dish will move through the year for the reason you stated. I am very happy with the service it is like night and day compared to what I had before.
  2. I have noticed recently that the angle of our dish has changed recently. It is now almost pointed straight up instead. No performance issue, just curious. We live in Ontario Canada about 160km north of the GTA.
  3. Same issue. The network device menu choice is grayed out. I have a linksys mesh router connected to the Starlink router. When I select the router on the settings page in the app it tells me the router is unreachable, but we are connected to the internet with no issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same result.
