  1. The new system = yes The old system = several times. Powered on & powered off. Same result no mater what = starlink (dish) unplugged message.
  2. Just had this issue with new Gen 4 dish. Installed 3 days ago. Today out of the blue, it disconnected, checked app & it said dish out of alignment by 42deg. Went up on roof, dish not moved, selected align dish & it still said out by 42deg, I scratched my head & then my phone buzzed, Starlink app saying dish aligned, but I didn't even touch it. Next time I'll reboot, might be quicker & so much easier. I wonder if this was a geomagnetic anomaly that fooled the dish or the sats above. Had me worried for a while, as I just purchased this to replace a 2.5 year old Gen2 that had a dish fail. Quickest way to get up & running was buying new equipment at a local retailer, otherwise I'd be out for weeks sorting thru trouble shooting & purchase of replacement equipment direct with Starlink. Have no internet or mobile coverage here without it, communication to troubleshoot was going to be very difficult.
