  1. Finally received a reply and Starlink will replace the full Starlink as they don't have any routers in stock. I hope the delivery isn't delayed like last time.
  2. My Starlink router will not power on and has no lights. Different cables and power sources have been tested, it is definitely the router that needs replacing. I raised a ticket through the app on 28/10 and it is now 31/10 without a reply. Ticket number is TIK-3273600-25902-37 What do I have to do for some support?
