I also has a question for support and found that by clicking on the thumbs down icon it will open a support ticket. I just sent a question for support and I'm waiting for a reply.

I have the same problem with the iPhone Starlink app. Can someone point me to detailed instructions on how to use the app to look for obstructions? Thanks in advance. Can't find the app version number.
