My account is current, paid, no issues for the last year and this happened suddenly. I'm not able to log into my account with KNOWN credentials. I wonder if there's a major outage? If that fails, try entering your email address with the first letter capitalized. It appears that email addresses are case-sensitive at Starlink and some mobile browsers will change the first letter to a capital letter when signing up.
