Tribion
Hello, I installed my Starlink a week ago, but I've been experiencing constant connection issues with the dish, which keeps switching between "Online" and "Check your cable." They replaced the entire setup for me, but now I have a problem – I had a subscription on the old Starlink. How can I transfer my subscription to the new one? Thank you. Long story short, if you have replaced your Starlink Kit, Starlink Support needs to know that so your subscription is transferred. However, if Starlink Support replaced your Starlink Kit, then they should already know about it. Go to https://www.starlink.com/account/home and login. At the top right under Your Starlinks, how many entries do you see? You should see one entry, but there might be none... or two... If you see only one entry, click on Manage next to that entry. On the next screen, at the bottom, you will see Devices with one tab for each device. Each tab has an icon that identifies it as an antenna or a router and some text that identifies the device. Your antenna(s) will have a Dish icon and should be labelled "STARLINK xxxx" where 'xxxx' is some digits and characters. How many of these do you see? In the end, I suggest your reach out to Starlink Support. I don't believe that any of the members of StarlinkForum can help you get this worked out. Thanks!
