An account is already associated with this device

I bought a starlink kit from Amazon for the price of a new one, but unfortunately when I received it I tried to setup a new account and password for it but unable to because when inserting the kit number, the starlink activation page is saying that an account has already been assigned to this device. When I messaged the seller to unlock it, she asked me to give her some time while she is trying to unlock it. I don't want to send the item back because shipping is very costly. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please fix mine so that I can start using it.

In the same way I bought a starlink kit and unfortunately there was an account linked to it. I tried to contact the seller and got no response. Is there any way to unlock?
