B Honsi Posted October 14, 2023 Share Posted October 14, 2023 We have the 2nd generation Starlink since this summer. It has worked great until recently. The last two nights it will be offline in the early morning. On the Starlink app it will show "booting" for a few minutes then "disconnected". It will continue this for hours. It will finally work again if it is power cycled off and on but takes nearly 2 hours to come back online. When it comes back online, the app shows an update is ready. However, if I try to update it gets stuck in the booting/disconnect. Any suggestions for correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated. 904Dave Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 I have had the same scenario - working perfectly then booting - last count it rebooted 382 times. I have opened a ticket with Starlink Support and answered numerous questions and taken numerous pictures and uploaded at their request with no results. This has been going on since February 10th - any ideas how to resolve this ongoing issue? I am willing to purchase a new kit but Starlink has not responded.
