However, we cannot activate it because we do not have the terminal ID or kit number. The previous owners don't have that information and because they transferred the account they can't login to get this information. We need to know how to set up an account. On the ORIGINAL Starlink boxes, if you have them Engraved on the antenna mast towards the bottom -- take a picture with your phone and zoom in for best results. 🙂 Once you have the Kit number, everything should go according to plan... assuming that the transfer completed properly.
