Starlink reseller and retailer

I will like become a Starlink retailer for residential customers , as well s, a reseller for business (enterprise) customers. How do I apply to become an approved retailer and reseller? Could you please send me the relevant link to understand the programme and apply. Or a contact person. I am in Cameroon.

While it is clear that Starlink has both Authorized Commercial Resellers and Authorized Commercial Retailers, the process to become one seems shrouded in secrecy. 

I have looked for the information you are requesting. If you do a search on "Starlink Authorized Reseller" or "Starlink Partner Program", you'll find links to a bunch sites with posts that supposedly tell you how to do become a Reseller. They all say something to the effect of "Contact Starlink, sign up as a reseller, and then you can resell." Sadly, none that I have found contain actual contact information for the Starlink Reseller program.

This is such a bummer. For lack of a better term, I am a technology broker, so business customers come to me asking for options. I have rural clients that would like to see this as one of their options.

Sadly, there is little to no information available on the subject of becoming a Starlink Reseller and I can't evrn begin to tell you where to start to look for this information. Every search I have done comes up empty...
