ProDishy
Immediately access high-speed, low-latency internet on an as-needed basis at any destination where Starlink provides active coverage. Starlink for RVs is ideal for customers travelling to locations where connectivity has been unreliable or completely unavailable. Users can expect high speed, low latency internet in areas marked "Available", and notably slower speeds during hours of peak usage in areas marked as "Waitlist" or during events with many collocated users. Starlink for RVs is not designed for use while in motion. Starlink for RVs provides the ability to pause and un-pause service at any time and is billed in one-month increments, allowing users to customize their service to their individual travel needs. Starlink for RVs ships immediately and arrives with everything you need to get online in a matter of minutes. Starlink requires a clear view of the sky to connect. Download the Starlink App to determine the best placement for your location. www.starlink.com/rv for more information.
elektrik
Ordered late last week and eagerly awaiting shipping (to the US). Not using it for RV'ing, but for irregular/seasonal use at what is essentially a campsite in Ontario. Powered by my generator for now. Hoping it ships quickly so I can test it in early September with a week of remote work.
Lars54
Pause is NOT that simple , and NOT explained in FAQ. I Believe from my experience, (being billed , creating a ticket , getting this response) . You must Pause 14 days before your bill date ( which was established when you purchased your Starlink and can not be changed ) . Support said ( but I have not tried yet) that your service will continue until the end of that cycle ( day before your next billing date) , then you will not be billed for the Next month. Unless you re-activate any time before that cycle ends . So, If you reactivate the day before your billing cycle ends , you will be billed for the entire month . ( but shouldn't be possible to bill you because they say they need 14 days to process your bill . ) Not simple.
