bselff
I fought all day trying to get my dishie connected on a pole tied to my chimney and routing wires through walls into my location. I have a metal roof which lended to slipping (up and down, up and down) and the message I was receiving was I am using a non Starlink router. After looking at the advanced debug information, I noticed the name of my existing trans-world network router which was still functioning until I could conclude the dishie was functioning. Once I disconnected the trans-world router everything connected and function correctly. Just an FYI, that other routers can cause dishie not to connect. There was nothing in the installation guide or online discussing this issue. Bob 1
