Hi there,

I bought my kit three weeks ago. Today I tested it but even if the App says "perfect place for your Starlink" the router shows red light. I kept the whole system on for hours but nothing happened. For only a few seconds the red turned persistent white but it returned red immediately.

I tried everything, resets, placing the antenna elsewhere, rebooting...nothing changed. The position on my account matches the exact position of the antenna.

Any help would be appreciated.
