Washand
My question is very simple. How can I easily detach the StarLink ethernet cable connector plug from the StarLink mini socket without damaging the plug or the socket? It appears to be locked in place by the plug tab lock, which is not accessible due to the water sealing flanges on the plug. The mini is supposed to be portable and so it must be easy to do, but I just don't get it, so I would be grateful for the light bulb concept that I'm missing. Don't tell me I have to slide a knife into the socket for a SpaceX device costing $60 that is cutting-edge satellite technology...
Washand
OK, I worked it out myself. Even though the plug has a tab lock, it doesn't lock. Pull hard to detach the cable! I didn't do that at first because I didn't want to break anything, but that's what works.
