halcyoncv
Hey everyone, I am using Starlink & i am I have been running into some connectivity issues. My signal keeps dropping intermittently, during certain times of the day & i am not sure why. It happens whether the weather is clear or not & Also I have tried restarting the router a few times but that did not seem to help. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? Could this be related to the placement of my dish or maybe some kind of interference I am not aware of?? I am also wondering if it might be worth looking into any updates or settings adjustments that I might have missed. Also i have check this article and resorse; https://starlinkforum.net/topic/245-connectivitymulesoft-interview-ques-issues-resolved/ witch is good still need advice Any advice, tips or suggestions would be really appreciated. Also if you have had success fixing something similar; I would love to hear what worked for you. Thank you.
RicochetStarlink
Do you have the Starlink Mobile app installed? It will tell you if there are obstructions. It will also tell you how often the antenna is unable to connect to a satellite. However, the problem may be with the WiFi signal. Have you split the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks? Have you reset your router? It's possible that none of these suggestion will help. I'm hitting some of the common issues because there's no enough info to be more specific. Another suggestion: reach out to Starlink Support. HTH...
